INNATIUX EXECUTIVE SEARCH PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes INNATIUX EXECUTIVE SEARCH, LLC (here referred as INNATIUX) practices for collecting, using, sharing, and protecting information relating to identifiable people (here referred as individual, candidate, client or employee).
In order to provide services to our customers, we will need to collect, process and store certain personal information about individuals. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of their personal information in accordance with applicable US data protection laws.
Please note that INNATIUX only collects a limited amount of information about the individual that is necessary for business operational purposes. We do not use any individual’s personal data for purposes other than what we specified.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND THE SOURCES
Personal data means information that identifies an individual or from which he/she may be identified. Non-personal information means information that does not directly identify an individual. We collect both types of information. Some examples of the type of information we collect and use are:
- Contact and billing Information;
- Professional and academic experiences and background;
- Behavioral characteristics;
- Unsolicited personal information; and
- Anonymous information logged when the individual accesses our website.
INNATIUX uses Google Analytics and Cookies in order to improve its service, user experience and analyze how its website is used. Aside from the approximate location (IP address), the information collected by these means is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, devise information and language.
INNATIUX collects these types of information for legitimate business purposes directly from clients/potential clients, from candidates/potential candidates, employees/potential employees and/or through our website (Google Analytics). We also collect candidates’ data from several public sources, including but not limited to LinkedIn and industry related print media and conferences, personal recommendations of former employers, colleagues and friends (or any other references), as well as third-party service companies.
WHY WE GATHER AND PROCESS INDIVIDUAL’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
INNATIUX collects personal and non-personal information so that we can:
- Identify and potentially make contact to discuss a specific career opportunity.
- Promote our business and market our services.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assess whether you may become a potential client, candidate or employee in the future.
- Carry out administrative duties.
Our collection and processing of the individual’s information is based on one or more of the following lawful grounds: a) the individual’s consent, b) our need to perform a contract (contractual necessity), c) our obligations under law, and/or d) our legitimate interest in conducting our business in an efficient, compliant and ethical manner while seeking the overall benefit of the business.
DISCLOSURES OF INDIVIDUAL’S INFORMATION
INNATIUX will only share personal information with the individual’s prior consent and knowledge and with the following individuals or entities:
- Our clients/customers for whom we are handling search assignments for a specific role/position; and
- Service providers that act as agents, consultants or contractors to perform services on behalf of our company.
INNATIUX does not sell to or share with third parties personal data for them to use for marketing or any unlawful purpose.
SECURITY OF INDIVIDUAL’S INFORMATION
INNATIUX uses reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect personal information within our organization including the use of third party software specifically tailored for these purposes. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In case an individual has reason to believe that his/her communication with us is no longer secure, please notify us through the contact info below and we will take appropriate measures to remedy the situation.
DATA RETENTION
INNATIUX will retain personal data information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of performing business duties, satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, unless the individual sends us a written request not to do so.
INDIVIDUAL’S ACESS TO INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is important that the personal information we hold is accurate and current, and therefore we ask that the individual makes every effort to keep us informed about any changes in his/her personal information.
The individual is welcome to request access, correction, and/or deletion of his/her personal information that INNATIUX has collected by writing to the contact listed below. The individual may also object to our continued processing of his/her personal data.
If the individual requests access to his/her personal information, we will send him/her a confirmation as to whether we process/store any of his/her personal information and if we do, we will send an electronic copy of his/her personal information along with information on the lawful bases for processing/ storing the individual’s data. However, in order to comply with the individual’s request, INNATIUX may ask to verify the individual’s identity prior to providing copy of his/her personal data.
Please note that INNATIUX may charge administrative fees for any subsequent access request on a case by case basis. In addition, if the individual requests deletion, objects to or requests the restriction of our processing of his/her personal data, INNATIUX may no longer be able to provide services to this individual.
