Founder Profile

Fabio Consentino

Experienced Managing Director with a more recent history in the staffing and recruiting industry, but with a strong foundation in Business Management and Strategic Leadership & Planning.

BSME / MBA, bringing 20 years of experience working for high-tech capital equipment and instrumentation companies ranging from a startup company to large multi-billion dollar corporations prior to being the founder of Innatiux Executive Search in early 2015.

He has led Product Management, Marketing, Applications Engineering, Business Development and Sales related personnel and departments that generated tens of millions of dollars each through multiple successful product launches while at processing, metrology & inspection and automation related equipment companies. End industries of focus included semiconductor, HDDs, LEDs, FPDs, PV/Solar, to general industrial, aerospace, automotive, and even textiles and nonwovens. 

The experience of being a hiring manager and a candidate himself while working with and without recruiting firms in the past, combined with his most recent experience as a Managing Director and Executive Recruiter of Innatiux, uniquely qualifies him to have a full 360 degree view of the entire hiring process and an in-depth understanding of the issues and frustrations encountered by both the hiring companies and the candidates during the hiring process. Precisely, the motivation behind why Innatiux was founded.

Behind the name

Our official company name is “Innatiux Executive Search, LLC” or many times simply referred to as “Innatiux”. Occasionally we get asked whether the name Innatiux means anything. So to answer your question… yes, it does, and we are very proud of it! We put a lot of thought into our name and wanted to make sure it meant something to us and to the candidates and clients we work with. In the end, we created our own unique word and it is derived from a combination of three Latin words which together means “natural born leader”. In other words, the name reflects the types of individuals that we inspire to work with on a regular basis. Our goal is to play an important role in enabling the growth of these individuals (whether clients or candidates) as well as the companies for which they represent or will represent as leaders.
